CBRNE ENHANCED RESPONSE FORCE PACKAGE BASIC COURSE

Participants are provided the tactical in-the-field opportunities to develop problem-solving skills with situations involving confined space structural collapses.

Classroom and hands-on work: This course deals with basic rescue tool techniques and use. The Tactics are in the areas of:
*Confined Space Entry
*Ropes
*Shoring and Cribbing
*Breaking and Breaching
*Lifting and Hauling
*Rigging

CERFP HEAVY COLLAPSE SPECIALIST

Participants are provided the tactical in-the-field opportunities to develop problem-solving skills with situations involving collapses of reinforced concrete.

Classroom and hands-on work. This course deals with advanced extraction (rescue and extraction) techniques using cranes and heavy equipment, the tactics are in the areas of Shoring, Breaking & Breaching, Lifting and Rigging. This course starts where the Basic CERFP course ends. This time is spent using much of the equipment in the RHEO Packages. The use of heavy equipment only enhances the basic 103T’s. All outside work is under the direct and constant supervision of an experienced instructor. A large amount of time is spent around the clock straight for 96 hours. All participants stay at RIG, and all meals, lodging, and facilities are provided.

Command And Control Operations - WMD and Collapse

Course Goal is to develop leaders and leader concepts to organize an operations staff towards deriving information to influence operational and tactical plans to support consequence management efforts efficiently and effectively.

This course teaches the use of the command staff principles for planning the response and site operation, and develops teamwork between units for smooth and accurate problem solving. Software, pictures, video, GPS waypoints, and street/area/topographical maps are used in planning and operations in an emergency setting. “Decisions in Plain Sight” is used to better understand the real word of large scale emergencies.

Training Location: Oklahoma City, OK or Regional Locations
30 hours, 3 days (class times may be adjusted to meet client’s needs)
